To safely and effectively provide instruction on the inspection and proper use of compressors.

III. Process
NOTE: Work instruction does not supplement the manual. For specific instructions for the exact model please refer to the owner’s manual.

C. Inspection
- Inspect and refill coolant level as required.
- Check for clogged hoses or coolant filter.
D. Use
Installation
- Turn off power and disconnect cooler plug.
- If placing cooling unit on welding power source, slots are provided in the bottom of unit so it fits over lift eye.
NOTE: To prevent overheating, make sure cooling unit is positioned so airflow is not restricted. - Connect the coolant out house, coolant in hose and coolant tank cap.
NOTE: If welding power source has a water valve, do not connect hoses to water valve. - Fill tank with coolant. Keep coolant level full.
- Use switch to turn cooler on and off.
E. Maintenance
- Clean coolant filter monthly.
- Blow out heat exchanger fins monthly.
