Lockout (Shut-Down Procedure)

1. Always clean machine and engine thoroughly before starting maintenance work.
2. For maintenance work stand the machine on level ground.
3. Always remove the main battery switch for all maintenance work.
4. Preform maintenance work only with the motor switched off.
5. Relieve hydraulic pressures before working on hydraulic lines.
6. Before working on electric parts of the machine disconnect the battery and cover it with insulation material.
7. When working in the area of the articulated joint attach the articulation lock (transport lock).

Start-Up Procedure

1. Reinstall main battery switch
2. Remove insulation material and reconnect battery after working on electric parts of the machine.
3. Remove the articulation lock (transport lock).
