Lockout (Shut-Down Procedure)

• Remove ignition key from engine ignition and place tagout device on engine ignition.
• Unplug auxiliary power and place lockout device.
• Place a tagout device on rope start.

Start-Up Procedure

1. Notify all affected personnel that equipment is operational and removal of lock out will occur.
2. Remove all tools, equipment and debris from the area.
3. Remove tagout device from rope start.
4. Remove lockout device from auxiliary power.
5. Remove tagout device from engine ignition and test equipment.
